Groups come in many shapes and sizes, whether that be a family group, peer group or group of like-minded individuals. Some families or friends join together for a specific piece of work. I’m always happy to explore ways to make work more affordable, especially for parents.

Again, we can support single sessions, a package of up to six sessions or even a programme over a longer period.

Families – creating a low arousal home was key for our family, it took quite a while to reconcile my stereotypical role of a parent with the one our children needed us to be. Even as adults our children are reliant on us, so our role has had to change and develop too. Sometimes families need support understanding the situation, sometimes it is about creating harmony in a difficult situation, others it is about reaching a point of moving forward together.

Children’s Groups – we can create and run some fabulous resources for children. Whether they need work around mindset, acceptance, wellbeing or something more specific the sessions incorporate learning through fun, activities and games.

Support Groups – we very much enjoy working with support groups, the people that live, breathe and think about their situation 24/7, 365 days a year. Often, we find that the practical benefit created, is equal to the emotional benefits.

Staff Groups – over the years we have done work with a variety of staff groups made up of an assortment of roles. We have provided Autism Acceptance for teachers, Wellbeing for Childminders, Disability Needs for Volunteers and Working with Parents for Social Workers. We have worked with Carers, Dinner Supervisors, Health Visitors, Foster Carers, Student Teachers, Small Businesses and so much more.

The purpose of our personalised, bespoke support and training is to meet your needs, where you are and to result in you feeling empowered, optimistic and confident for the future.
