One of our most effective services is our one-to-one work, because we address specific needs and create personalised bespoke support and guidance. 

We are very flexible and operate single appointments, short packages and longer programmes. 

Our best one to one work involves a mug of tea or coffee in a comfortable chair or a quiet nook in a local coffee shop.

Single sessions tend to be around a single specific issue, like advice or guidance. Often, it is something simple where we can signpost you, help you spot the solution or trigger further research. 

Packages are usually no more than for six weeks. They are based on one single area of Live WELL, and together we create goals, action plan and set small, achievable steps. Developing self-care, wellbeing focused or low arousal packages are our speciality.

Programmes are for a longer period, reviewed in six weekly intervals and cover the whole of Live WELL and by personalising each area we collaboratively work with you to develop Live WELL in your life, in your family and in your way. Together we use goal setting, action planning, monitoring and reviewing to create and develop a Live WELL Lifestyle that suits you, in your situation.
